It’s No Yolk

Who’d have thought a couple of months ago that thinking of baking a cake would take weeks and weeks of hoping that flour was in stock somewhere. I’m still looking. I have managed to order a catering size bag of bread flour at a reasonable price, not sure where I’m going to store it yet though. The milkman is supplying that other rarity, eggs, this week they’re all double yolks, the height of lockdown excitement.
