Low light...

...todays' theme for MonoMonday, and thank you to Carolina for hosting this month, and for the theme of low light. I set these three old wooden spools onto a table in the basement with a black background. The only light was from a small window up on the right side. 
Tom spent the morning talking to his brother, his sister and his brother-in-law, all via skype. It was fun that they were all on at once & lots of laughing going on! I did some cleaning, a load of wash, and then drove over to the library to return my book. What a difference in temperature today from yesterday; 75F yesterday and a chilly 50F today. Stopped for some gas on the way home, and I KNEW I should have stopped last Friday when it was $1.19 a gallon. Today it was $1.49 a gallon, & it's starting to creep back up to where it was pre-CV, when it was around $2.50 a gallon. Hope you all had a nice weekend, & stay well!  :))
