A day that began with a pledge to myself to do more movement...exercis and move more....get the dog out as well...don't eat ourselves out of house and home....and on and on with more meditation, more artist way morning pages....yadidah.  It went fairly well and even Cowboy seemed more like a spring chicken.  He ran around the little park liks his old "young" self.  But he also didn't mind very well and ran in and out of the algae waters wy too much and didn't pay as much attention to our voice commands like he usually does....but still it was a good time there.  We saw lots of things and relaxed a bit on park benches.  Most were doing very well socially distancing as we were.  We had masks on and many others did  .  The mallard dad duck in flight splashing his babies was a hoot.  
  Dire predictions by the health community if that states opeing too early will see big spikes in cases and maybe deaths ....especailly states like Texas and Georgia who haven't reached their peak yet and are still on the upward curve.  My Michgan brother, an ER doctor, said Michigan wouldn't reach it's peak for another two weeks and he is glad his Governor is keeping the state closed....despite the protests which are a small minority that he and his wife said have lots of out of staters doing that.  Sigh....stay safe and safe lives folks.
