Peterhead Trawler Lunar Bow at night

My wife was kind enough to buy me a new camera for Christmas and this was one of the early shots with it.
I must admit that I do really like night photography. The colours and lights can be far more intense at night and the longer exposures create interesting effects.
The harbours at Fraserburgh, Peterhead and Aberdeen offer plenty of opportunities for this.

The solitude when photographing is very good and the stresses of the day are soon forgotten when glued to the view finder.
