Endeavour

First - the little line of gold achievement stars is for 16 year olds rather than 6 year olds. The 16 year olds love getting a gold star to stick on the chart more than any 6 year old.

Second - each star represents many 100's of boxes ticked from an exam board list of assessment objectives.

Third - each star is pretty much a nail in the coffin of creative and innovative thought. I'm getting increasingly disillusioned with the UK exam system.

Fourth - time for bed - boxes to be ticked in he a.m
