Considering if I could be a country girl full time, and the answer is yes, I could.
I grew up in a country side, then moved to a town, then years after that I moved to London metropolis and I think after twenty years in the capital is time to think about the other side of the green .. isn't it?

Our favourite portobello mushrooms ... stuffed with more sautéed mushrooms with dried cherries, garlic, spinach and pine kernels (for veg version) and crispy fried chorizo added for my meat lover hubby.
All on bed of smeared Philly with Rose Harrisa and Wild Garlic pesto I made the other day on the top ...mmm ..
