J + 49 - Sunset

Today the couple of architects who were meant to come the week of the lockdown came to see what we could do with the bottom two floors of the house below the garage (the house is on the side of a hill and has five levels with access from two streets and we only live on the top 2 floors above the garage).
They see potential which is reassuring as the first architect we met was a bit dismissive. Now we need to see how much it will cost to create an independent flat for renting. Unfortunately the sunset cannot be seen from the flat’s window!
