I think it's fair to say I'm blind as a bat! 

The light was favourable so I didn't mind this picture.... Got up after barely eight hours of sleep. I'm trying to work late at night, so I loafed around all day, and made the mistake of sitting in the narcoleptic room, i.e. the conservatory, and then felt too sluggish to do anything at all..... I did read a little of my book, but then had to go for a nice, fresh walk with Little B. 

We found a proper swing in the woods attached to a tree. Even though I fully expected to fall on my tush, I had a go and it was great fun! I haven't been on a swing for years, and it made me really miss the gym!
