Cinnamon Rolls

What better can you do with leftover pastry than make cinnamon rolls? Last time, I had enough to make some cheese twists too. They were pretty good, but I have a sweet tooth, so these were naturally the first choice.

As well as practising the baking, I also watched a lifestyle/food photography course recently on Skillshare. Some interesting and useful tips! I took some photos of the cinnamon rolls, but I didn't spend that much time over it so they could have been better. The lighting is a bit flat in this one, and I could have done with a faster shutter speed, or a tripod, because it's ever so slightly shaky.
