Gentle waves

I had the phone call from my consultant this morning rather than waiting for the afternoon. She confirmed I don’t have lung cancer which is very good news but I do have a nasty chest infection, either bacterial or viral. It’s been four months now. I had some antibiotics back in February but they didn’t clear it up. I had an X-ray and now the CT scan, with another to follow in 2 months’ time. I am being referred back to my GP. At least things are happening fast with phone referrals.
