Not every day

Contact and distance

We haven't seen Gwyn and family since February. They've been with Jess's parents in Gloucestershire since lockdown started. Kushla took her first steps the day after they left us last; now she runs. This week they came to us, and are isolating in our holiday cottage for a week or so just to be on the safe side. We communicate from the intervening lawn. It's an odd combination of closeness and distance, but it's certainly an advance on Facebook 'live chat'.

Raki doesn't understand the rules at all. She goes where she pleases (and sometimes comes back smelling of where she's been).
