Purple Sail

Today I went to Nelson...I visited Duncan and Mei and sat in the shade of their big oak tree and drank ginger beer and ate cucumber fingers dipped in Mei's special dip recipe of miso and mayo. Yum. Their three cats kept us company.. I wore my purple Keen sandals, I bought a new purple vacuum cleaner and, lo and behold, on the way back to Kaiteriteri I spotted this purple sail in the sparkling waters of Nelson Harbour (...I love purple..) The windsurfer was having some trouble keeping the sail up out of the water. I suspect he was a learner. I kept willing him to "Pull it up" until I got the shot I wanted.
