Day Forty-four; Heading northwest

Worked from home today. Meaning almost the whole of my day was spent on Zoom in meetings. It was effective for supervision as well as the management meetings.

After the last meeting ended I went for a half hour jog, and took this photograph of the North Western Motorway as I was on a pedestrian bridge across the motorway. Pre-Covid the traffic heading out of the city would have been almost unmoving at the time I took this.

One more new case; a staff member at the West Auckland aged care facility already known. Also a probable case has been declared confirmed. No more deaths.

Ordered pizzas from the local Pizzeria, and they had them ready at the time they said and all done without entering. First pizza for a couple of months

This evening I have finished another book by CJ Sansom; Dominions. An alternative history; what might have happened had Britain not continued fighting after Dunkirk. Frighteningly plausible.
