Make a Wish

We have had glorious warm and sunny weather for VE Day. An appropriate day to wish for better times to return again, - at least that's what I thought when I took this photo.
There is an abundance of dandelions and buttercups in the grassy verges which would normally have been kept well cut at this time of year. I managed to get a decent shot of this dandelion in the brilliant sunshine.
