Afternoon in Bridge of Allan

A walk through Bridge of Allan revealed an unexpectedly active town.

Most were all young people in the street ( I must have been one of the oldest out and about), many clutching ice-creams, and take-away food .

In fact the fast  food shops were doing a brisk business especially the  Allanwater fish and chip shop though orders had to be pre-booked.
One surprise was the upmarket wine shop, clearly a good bottle of wine is helping some folk  cope with lockdown .

And of course the two chemist shops, newsagent, Co-op and Post office were all open.

In some ways it was business as usual except folk are now wearing masks.
