Liberation Day 2020

First thing this morning we met our neighbour in the lane outside our house in his splendid car. I do not know what kind it is but it was dressed overall in flags to mark the day.
We went out for a walk around town today and Herm Travel Trident was waiting in the sunshine for the next time that anyone is allowed to visit Herm Island. Behind her is the flagpole displaying all the colourful  liberation flags.
We went past our daughters home to drop off a chair. She was preparing a lovely picnic tea party in the garden for her family. A photo sent to us in extras is Miss Victoria looking delighted with it. She gave us a packed lunch and some scones with Jam and Cream which we enjoyed whilst in the car. We hope we will all be able to mix in a family bubble soon. Extra of Miss Victoria having her afternoon tea party.
We also saw our son and the children in their garden and chatted for a while. The lamb called rainbow follows him everywhere. He seems to be seen as her Mum. She never lets him out of her sight.
Keep safe
