Pizza

Started the day off with baking keto bread. It was my first try of any keto bread recipe, so was a bit dubious, but it was actually quite nice. Had a long walk through Wilsden to Harecroft, making the best of the last day of sunshine. Saw a woodpecker in the tree at home but wasn't quick enough to get a snap and didn't see it again. Made fathead dough pizza. It was not bad, but I need to add more toppings. Tonight is family zoom quiz night and I'm the quiz master. Luckily I'm ready for it.
