...for his first Rowing Club Zoom session to start.

A group circuits session this morning.

He misses his rowing and his club and he enjoyed this morning’s workout...MrR and I viewed from the dining room table while we had our coffee...it was exhausting...lol!

Grateful for the work the Club coaches are putting in over lockdown to keep members motivated.
