Rose envy

We try really hard but our roses never look as good as our neighbours which are now blooming over our fence.

Last day of sunshine for a while, a walk along the canal to the co-op this morning for a newspaper (we only ever buy one on a Saturday for some reason), a lovely steak dinner tonight because we can’t have a mixed grill at the pub at the moment and not much else to report
