- - - - at baking sourdough bread. This one's a French yeasted organic wholemeal sourdough, baked to order for Mother's Day. Turned out better than I'd feared - maybe there's something in the DNA after all ;-)

I promise not to Blip any more bread shots - this could get more obsessive than photography.
