Sprouting beans

I may have left these to sprout a bit longer than necessary... they tasted great though!!

Massively intense training course today - got the updates to levels 1-5 of the branch of kinesiology that I practice - was so full on I had to go lie down in the garden afterwards!!! I joined the Saturday sh*te at the movies but no clue what the chat was about and as I didn’t have this week’s film I watched infinity wars instead!!! Plus I was planning to switch back to the conference when it started at 10.30 but as my brain was mush I went to bed instead!!
