Last posting for Angelique

Well, for this year anyway. A busy day in the garden trying to catch up on various outstanding jobs, and during a ( well earned - possibly? ) coffee break I was sitting right next to the tub containing the Angelique Tulips and it struck me there was still an unusual beauty in the decaying flower. By tomorrow the Arctic wind will have dislodged the petals and probably have carried them to the next village.
