Photography can be quite difficult when in lockdown, and I only took one photograph today.  I made a potato dish from a recipe printed in the Sunday newspaper, with potato, onion, cheese, oregano, and it was quite successful;  although I followed the instructions faithfully, I felt it could have done with just a little longer in the oven, but it was very tasty nevertheless to go with the roast chicken.  Blip sorted!

We had a quiet day today, the weather has turned very cold, and although sunny there is a vicious wind blowing and the temperature has really dropped.  In the northeast they have had snow!!!!
