Evening stroll

Tried to take a little time out and catch up with myself today before I get sucked back into work. Some chats, some writing, and inevitably quite a lot of cooking.

Younger daughter J needed some reassurance after the update from Boris tonight. She has no idea if she will take up shared house in Wales for university in September. I think she needs to have a plan B. Such uncertainty is especially hard for our youngsters just on the brink of establishing their adult lives.

We took a peaceful stroll through the park just as it was getting dark (to walk off our Indian dinner). Hope you have all managed to have a relaxing weekend. Here we go Monday....
