Had a good 35th birthday yesterday with family. My father baked a loaf of carrot banana mint cake and cooked his signature spicy Paksiw na Pata.

Last year, I spent my birthday in a wellness center with zero contact with friends and family, no idea of when I'll see them again. Told my Ma I should maybe write a book: A Year In Quarantine.
