Freedom!

We are now free to go and empty our bins without having to fill in a form and have a proof of ID. Hooray! It does not mean we are out of the woods yet but it is a nice feeling to know that we can go more than 1 km away from the house to enjoy the countryside.
It is ironic that while it was summer last week, rain is forecast for most of the week which may be a good thing to stop everyone in their track as here in the south of France no-one ventures out when it rains as if they would melt...
