This is Toby's serious face.

 I was late home from a Nightshift and by this point in the morning would ordinarily have been out for a walk with him.

Consequently, Toby had the very important task of sitting and staring at me to serve as a reminder that I should not be sitting down drinking coffee and chatting to my wife when there are much more important things to be done.

Such a useful dog.
