A step in the right direction...

....or not?
Have had to turn all media off as it was stressing me too much. Everything seems to contradict itself and the uncertainty is too much for me. I am pleased Scotland is slightly clearer than our neighbours but still unsettling.
A lovely walk helped after work. Now cooking whilst A patiently sews my mask.
