Makes me SO angry. Fly tipping in our park. Whoever dumped this here had a 5+ minute walk from the nearest entrance and they walked past several bins to get here. I'm guessing it's the same person who has been bagging up their garden rubbish and dumping it here. I just don't understand people. What makes you think 'I've got a really heavy box of rubble here, I'll carry it to a local beauty spot and dump it there'.
