Woodland carpet

Up and out early for my run. Lots of ups and downs but great conditions and very few people out.

Painting finished and carpet back down. Just one more flight to tackle I will be dreaming about painting spindles!

Tried a new recipe for tea. Scruffy Aubergine pasta bake. Added a bit of Quorn mince for added protein. Went down well and even better enough for another day.
