New toys

Lazy morning today after taking Kilda for a walk. Bit of a sore neck as well after all the soil shovelling yesterday. Exciting news is that after 2 weeks there is a jalapeno seedling coming up. Didn’t think these seeds were going to be any good after being in the shed for 3 years. J went to the beach to do her next couch to 5 K run so I managed a 16K run down there. Had a cold headwind all along the front at Crammond, which turned into a side wind at Portie. Made some shortbread, some with whisky and some without to try out the new rolling pin, mat and cutters, might need to refine the recipe though. Had a zoom chat with RD and FM tonight and it was good to catch up.
