Meet Sadie my sourdough starter... :-)

Experiment no 3 and his gf sent me this...

As she's, hopefully, going to be with us for a while I thought she needed a name.

Her journey from London doesn't seem to have troubled her. I gave her a wee snack before bedtime and she's bubbling away happily this morning as I type.

Looking forward to the first sourdough loaf in a few days - everything crossed... %-)
