Big Waves

Its been rather on the chilly side here today.  I have the heating on in my office and a hot water bottle at my back.   Did manage to get down to the beach this afternoon and enjoyed big waves and a good display from the gannets.  

Finishing my final OU piece for the academic year and putting a proposal together for some desk work for a long standing client.   

Also chatted with my consultant - apparently he sees a window of opportunity to get me into the Infirmary for a day to fit a catheter.  Not the sort of opportunity I'm looking forward to but the least worst option.
