Bread Flour

After struggling to buy flour since lockdown I decided to buy my bread flour in bulk, which seemed like a good idea at the time. Unfortunately the paper bag had split inside the delivery box which left me wandering how to store it. Without a container big enough I decided to be organised and weigh all 16kg into separate 500g bags so it could just go straight into the bread maker. It’s probably going to take just as much time to clean up all the mess.
