Chipmunk + Turtles

We took out first good walk this spring late this afternoon at the nearby  Fort River Refuge, on a wonderful sunny day.  Not many birds in evidence, but these critters make up for that.  The extra displays a pair of painted turtles--common at Fort River and the most widespread in North America. It's late, and so to bed :)
