Decrepit

Today I went to a hospital appointment and came home with 'helpful stuff'.
I have to go back and will probably end up with more 'helpful stuff'.
I know I'm ill, but this makes me feel as though I'm falling apart!
These are my new, adjusted to fit my teeny hands, thumb and wrist supports.
