Double Exposure

Ingeborg has set the challenge for today's Abstract Thursday as Foliage.
This is an Allium in flower and some seed heads double exposed and then given a bit of extra colour.
Strange really, when I was a youngster I used to try to avoid double exposures with a cheap film camera.
