First huge thanks for the faves and stars on yesterday's takeoff blip, so much appreciated. The blip ended up in the Popular pages :-)))))

I stepped out today around noon and was met at the door by a barn swallow, who wanted in. Maybe our cottage looks like a barn? It quickly realised that the decision was not a good one, and tried to get away - not through the door that I kept open but through the windows. After collisions with five different windows, it sank to the flooe to rest. My wife picked it gently up and carried outside. The swallow finally flew away, perhaps 2 seconds after this capture. The flight looked very much ok.
