Blue sky again

A lovely bright morning today when we set out for a walk. I came across this grand old tree adjacent to a new block of flats. I suspect it originally was part of a large garden of a now derelict old mansion house. I thought at the time it was a monkey puzzle tree but looking at it again am less sure. Any thoughts ?
