Today I got a PB dead lifting with Zebedee, three Reps at 60 KG!!

I was given another session to do for someone, and Max and I got a little bit of money from the government as we are self-employed, I went to Tesco’s and we had a food delivery, but we can’t get any fresh food with the delivery.

Zebedee and Max made a roast chicken for dinner and we watched point break.
