The Italian bakers next door to the studio has realised we have a taste for The Wheat Stuff. We are now their testers for anything new, which today brings us sun-dried tomato flatbreads. Soft, light, and with just the right amount of oil. Just need some Parma ham and some olives to make lunch fit for the gods.
