Rhingia campestris.
Thjere were a lot of these little hover flies at the woods today, luckily for me it was cooler and this one was happy to hop onto my finger to warm up - such a bonus! I have added a shot of a tenneral White-legged damselfly who also needed a warm up on my finger and a pair of sharing shield bugs if you fancy a squiz at my extras.

Grateful today for -
 not loosing the touch.....I can still charm insects onto my finger!
