Swarm in a plum espalier in the Community Garden

It was quite difficult to remove as it was attached to the wall and trunk and finally the bee keeper had to remove handfuls of bees and then shake the trunk.  A few plums fell as well but the queen was caught in the basket so over a couple of hours all the rest joined her safely
