A short cycle to find where some local paths between WoL and Harlaw go, trying to join up little routes. The amount of good quality single track in this area is brilliant.

Had a wee sit down beside my favourite bridge at Lymphoy, then home for dinner.

Caught the 6pm ferry, M.V.Zoom to Arran for the annual trip for Alan's birthday.

I then had a wee listen to one of my favourite pieces of music from the last few years. Sleep by Max Richter. It does exactly what it says on the tin.
