Pippysue

Pippysue was asleep in my chair,she has just awaken from a cat nap. 16km this morning, I met one of our Club runners out on his run and had a good run with him. Pushed it along and got out of Breath my comfort zone, felt it later as all I wanted to do was go to sleep a good sign of a good training run.
