Siberian

A little Siberian iris that opened today. A busy day with Alison and Jim here this afternoon. Pictures of the new baby born on the 14th, Crosby Jude, Alison's sixth grandchild and our sixth great grandchild. Crosby lives in Denver and is brother to Emerson. They went home today and Derek sent us videos of Emerson, who is two, meeting her brother for the first time. So this has kept us occupied today!

On a more mundane note, I caught the mouse that had eaten half a banana (a very ripe banana) night before last! 

We still have had no rain out of the last storm system. We spoke to Marie this morning and she said the flooding of the streets had cleared by the time she left work, so that was a blessing.
