Walking Away

Not the best shot I took but the only one I could connect with a story.

Yesterday, I "unfriended" someone on facebook as for some unexplained reason, my soul is vexed by memories of interactions and conversations with her. It is an act of self compassion in my view to protect one's self from the cause of negative emotion.

Moving forward, am grateful to be surrounded and continuously inspired by posts here as even without leaving home, am able to view perspectives from elsewhere.
