Daylily First Bloom

This plant is our first bloom of the season from this daylily. A couple years ago I would have bet this plant would not survive, it looked so weak and did not have much in the way of foliage. But a bit of fertilizer and TLC and they made a miraculous recovery, and there are dozens of blocks on the way - this is the first of the spring and I needed to capture it in the morning light.
