Going wild

I don't know what  this flower is, but it was a beautiful surprise coming around the corner to see them on our walk this morning.

The highlight of the day was to put washing out on our newly purchased rotary dryer which has prompted a rearrangement of garden items and the installation of a bird feeder stuffed with Jess's fluff (for the birds to line their nests).  Ben is slightly disturbed by this and has declared that I'm crazy, but I'm sure I'm not the only one that does this.

I know, I know,  we live life on the edge...
