Morningtide

Why, when I have to get up for work, could I happily sleep until midday, but when I can lie in I’m wide awake at 5.30am?
Anyway, it meant I could leave LOH & ‘Appy slumbering peacefully, head out for a gentle cycle ride, take a photo or two & be home in time to take LOH a cuppa in bed.
